Auditing design documentation for construction

Auditing design documentation is used to verify the correctness of those project constituents needed to acquire a building permit and establish whether a building will fulfil essential requirements considering its purpose: mechanical resistance and stability, fire safety, hygiene and health protection and environmental protection requirements, safety in use, protection from noise, energy saving and heat retention.

The audit of design documentation is prescribed only for demanding construction works.

In order to pursue the activity, conditions for a responsible auditor from the field of a suitable profession shall be satisfied or the cooperation of an individual who satisfies these conditions shall be ensured.
