Sensory evaluation of virgin olive oil

The public service conducts:

  • monitoring of the quality of the olive oil, produced in the Republic of Slovenia,
  • monitoring the impact of some technological and agro-technical procedures on the quality of olive oil

A public service provider must employ persons with prescribed professional education and technical qualification.
