Provision of communication networks and services
Operators are obliged to provide electronic communication networks and services.
The provision of electronic communication network encompasses the establishment, operations and the provision of availability of such network.
A public communication network is an electronic communication network which is entirely or mostly used for providing electronic communication services that are accessible to the public and enable the transfer of information among network connection points.
Conditions and evidence
The activity of providing communication networks and services is not subject to the Services Directive. The same conditions apply for cross-border performance of activities as for the Slovenian entity that is implementing the activity of providing communication networks and services for the first time.
