The permit for temporary provision of craft activities obrt 1 If the competent authority does not send the provider a request for the supplementation of the application, for passing an aptitude test or send a decision within one month from the date of the receipt of the application, it is deemed that with the expiry of the deadline, the permit for temporary provision of craft activities has been issued. If the competent authority asks the provider to supplement an incomplete request or to pass a test and does not send a decision within a period of three months, it is deemed that with the expiry of the deadline the permit for temporary provision of craft activities has been issued.

Notification of wholesaling of medicinal products in the Republic of Slovenia trgovina z zdravili na debelo 1

Legal entities or individuals who have acquired a permit for the wholesale of medicinal products in any Member State of the European Union, and who will perform the wholesale of medicinal products in the Republic of Slovenia, must give notification of the activity to the authority responsible for medicinal products before they start performing the activity in the Republic of Slovenia. An application for notification must contain:

 

a cover note with a short description of the applicant; a valid permit for the wholesale of medicinal products; the reference of the wholesale of the medicinal products activity it proposes to perform in the Republic of Slovenia; the reference of the group of medicinal products which are the subject of wholesale in the Republic of Slovenia; the reference of the locations of storage sites for medicinal products; the reference of the distribution channel and the area of operation; the reference of the contact person for 24/7 availability; written statement from the applicant that it will ensure the collection and further treatment of waste medicinal products in accordance with the rules on the treatment of waste medicinal products.

 

The applicant submits the application referred to in the previous paragraph in a hard copy and in electronic form. If the authority responsible for medicinal products establishes that the application referred to in the second paragraph is incomplete, it requests within 30 days of the receipt that the application be completed and also determines the deadline for the completion. The deadline for issuing a certificate with which a legal entity or individual is entered in the official registry of legal entities and individuals who have obtained a permit for the wholesale of medicinal products in a Member State of the European Union and which have given notice of the activity to the authority responsible for medicinal products in the Republic of Slovenia is 90 days following the submission of a complete application. Before issuing a certificate with which a legal entity or individual is entered in the official registry of legal entities and individuals who have obtained a permit for wholesale of medicinal products in a Member State of the European Union and who have given notice of the activity to the authority responsible for medicinal products in the Republic of Slovenia, the authority may request additional explanations or documentation from the applicant even if the application is complete, and set a deadline for the response. The period until the end of the additional deadline is not included in the 90-day deadline for issuing the certificate.

Transnational higher education visokošolsko izobraževanje 1

Transnational higher education in accordance with the Higher Education Act (ZViS) comprises all forms and manners of higher education in which state-approved study programmes are fully or partially implemented in a country other than the country where the operator of the higher education study programme is headquartered. Transnational higher education in the Republic of Slovenia may be implemented or organised on the basis of a contract between a higher education institution accredited in the Republic of Slovenia and a foreign higher education institution which implements state-approved study programmes and issues public documents in the country where it is headquartered. Transnational higher education in the Republic of Slovenia may also be implemented by a higher education institution or other institutions if the competent authority in the country where the operator of the higher education study programme is headquartered recognise the operator of the programme and the programme itself as forming part of the country’s education system, which is done by the National Commission for the Quality of Higher Education before the implementation of transnational higher education begins. Detailed conditions, manners and forms of transnational higher education, mandatory elements of the contract for the implementation of transnational higher education and the manner of verifying that the conditions referred to in the previous paragraph are fulfilled are determined in the Criteria for transnational higher education. A document on a completed transnational higher education implemented in the Republic of Slovenia as part of a foreign higher education system is considered a foreign document and is subject to the procedure regulating the assessment or recognition of education in the Republic of Slovenia.
