Responsible designer for spatial planning – KA licence
A responsible designer for spatial planning with a KA licence may be an individual who may independently prepare individual constituents:
- landscape architecture designs,
- municipal spatial plans,
- municipal detailed spatial plans,
- regional spatial plans,
- national spatial plans.
A responsible designer for spatial planning may be an individual who meets the given conditions and is entered in the ZAPS register. On the date of entry in the register, the responsible designer of spatial planning becomes a mandatory member of the Chamber.
In the pursuit of the profession, a responsible designer of spatial planning uses a unified stamp and identity number, and declaration for which type of services he/she is authorised.
