Person searching for archaeological remains
A person pursuing the search of archaeological remains must be professionally trained for searching, a fact which is established in the procedure of issuing the searching permit.
A natural entity is professionally trained when in addition to the acquired searching permit this person fulfils at least one of the following conditions:
- appropriate education;
- references; fulfilment;
- volunteer status;
- conservator and restorer;
- conservation and
- restoration assistant or conservation and restoration technician.
