Nature protection supervisor
A nature protection supervisor is an individual
who performs direct supervision in the environment.
A supervisor performs the
following tasks:
- direct monitoring of the situation;
- supervision of the implementation of protection regimes;
- establishing the actual situation regarding violations of prohibitions and informing competent inspection bodies;
- warning persons about protection regimes in order to prevent criminal acts.
When performing direct supervision in the environment, a supervisor must wear
the prescribed official insignia, licence and uniform.
A
public mandate needs to be acquired to perform these tasks.
