Publication of general terms and conditions and prices

All postal service providers must publish their general terms and conditions of implementing postal services and prices of these services.

General terms and conditions and prices must be published on the website and at the business premises of the interchangeable postal service provider and must include the following:

  • the type of universal service;
  • conditions for the receipt or transfer of items;
  • deadlines for the delivery of postal items;
  • prices of services and payment methods;
  • complaints and liability for damage incurred.

A postal service is subject to payment as per the valid price list, and its extract must be available to postal service users in a visible and accessible place on the premises of the postal service provider. The user must be enabled access to the entire price list on request.

As a composite part of the general terms and conditions, postal service providers must publish the procedure for resolving complaints by postal service users.
