Keeping a logbook on pilotage
A maritime pilot must keep a logbook on pilotage with regard to piloting area that contains at least the following data:
- date, hour of start and end of pilotage,
- weather conditions (visibility, wind, precipitation),
- description of the vessel (name, type, tonnage, length, flag, number of propellers),
- the number of tugs used,
- special features or other circumstances affecting the safety of navigation.
