Data record management

Schools keep the following records with personal information of students:

  • a record of applicants for enrolment;
  • a record of enrolled students and a record of enrolled students by years, classes and groups in grade books;
  • personal sheet kept for each enrolled student from the inclusion to the conclusion of education;
  • a register that includes general information about enrolled students, the course of their education from the inclusion to the conclusion of education;
  • a record of information about motor skills and morphological characteristics of enrolled students;
  • minutes of examination board sessions for final exams;
  • minutes of final exams;
  • a report on the final exam;
  • minutes of exams which comprise the application for the exam, the course of the exam and the mark achieved;
  • a record of students dealt with by counselling services;
  • a record of enrolled students in part-time education and a record of applicants for exams;
  • a record of the testing and assessment of knowledge;
  • a record of issued documents on concluded education.
