Personal data protection

Personal information of registered or enrolled students in records is collected, processed, stored and used for the needs of schools, halls of residents, the ministry responsible for education, whereas in other cases, the information is collected, processed, stored and used in accordance with special regulations. When carrying out statistical and other analyses, personal information may be used and published in a manner that does not disclose the identity of persons.

Records are kept permanently and in accordance with special regulations.

Provisions regarding the management, use and storage of personal information from records pursuant to this Act also apply to documents on the basis of which personal information has been collected. Documents on previous education are returned to enrolled students following the concluded enrolment procedure.
