Simplified authorisation procedure
The authorisation according to the simplified procedure can be issued for biocidal products that fulfil the conditions for the simplified procedure.
The application should be submitted through the R4BP 3 system of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
The applicant notifies the Agency on the name of the competent authority of the Member State, which is proposed for assessing the application. For acquiring the authorisation according to a simplified procedure, the biocidal product must have appropriate features, appropriate data on efficiency, be appropriately labelled and have a safety sheet.
Fees are determined in item 3 of the Annex to the Decree implementing Regulations (EU) concerning availability in the market and use of biocidal products.
